Why Consult Ops exists
Most NDIS providers get plenty of advice about what should be in place. Very few get someone who'll actually build it. Consult Ops does both — the practical systems (SharePoint dashboards, Power Automate workflows, practice management platform set up) and the operational thinking behind them, so what gets built is genuinely usable day-to-day, not just technically correct.

How I work

Hi, I'm Charlotte — the person behind Consult Ops.
I spent over 12 years in aged care & community health operations leadership — running programs, leading process improvement, managing projects, and driving quality across services. The bulk of my experience is in making operations actually work: better processes, clearer systems, and less friction for the people delivering care.
Consult Ops exists because I kept seeing the same gap in NDIS provider practices: plenty of advice about what should be in place, but very little actual help building it. So I do both. I build the SharePoint dashboards, set up the Power Automate workflows, configure your practice management system — and I bring the operational and process background to make sure what's underneath it all is actually practical to run day-to-day, not just technically compliant.
